By accessing and using Word Talk (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Permitted Use

Word Talk is provided for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the tools provided on the website for your own language learning journey. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Automate access to the Service (e.g., using bots, scrapers, or spiders).
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our tools.

3. Fair Use & Prohibited Content

While our Writing Sandbox and Speech Lab tools are designed for free expression, you may not use them to generate content that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to block access to the Service for any user who violates these conduct standards.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Word Talk" name, logo, website design, and all original software/code are the exclusive property of Word Talk. You may not use our branding or original content without explicit written permission. All third-party libraries (Tailwind CSS, jQuery, Lucide Icons) are the property of their respective owners and are used under their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an **"AS IS"** and **"AS AVAILABLE"** basis. Word Talk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of AI-generated feedback, the availability of the Service, or its fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Word Talk, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data (locally stored), loss of profits, or educational setbacks.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
